Philip M. Goldstein General From that alphanumeric designation, I'd say it's a (Military?) Order number. So far, I haven't found any info for the specific loco, but according to Jay Reed's "Comp Guide to Industrial Locos", Linde Air and Westinghouse electric were located in Essington. 4/8/2013 3:40:33 PM
